Having recently stayed at Ameron Luzern Hotel Flora, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern facilities and cozy ambiance. the location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the presence of AC was a rare but welcomed feature during hot days. the staff was incredibly friendly and considerate, handling even demanding guests with grace and professionalism. Plus, the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. I particularly enjoyed the duvet that kept me warm at night and the option to request additional neck pillows for extra coziness. the housekeeping staff went above and beyond, even noticing small details like my preference for still water over sparkling. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Lucerne.
